Are there any hotels at the Waterfront shopping district (just over the bridge from Squirrel Hill)? This would be a convenient place for our upcoming weekend stay, but I don%26#39;t remember seeing any during our last visit. I also don%26#39;t know what neighborhood or streets to look for to check hotel locations. Thanks.

There is a Courtyard that is rather new near the Costco. The hotel is nice; but ask for a room away from the elevators. We had a room right beside the elevators last month and it seemed rather noisy during the night.

Courtyard by Marriott - very nice hotel. Nice indoor pool are with hot tub, small fitness center. We had a view of the river from our room and I think all rooms do. Would be very pretty now with foliage. Nice lounge area although it was not open when we stayed. Computer for use in lounge. Outdoor patio seating area with firepit, which also was not in use when we stayed. I think this is a new hotel and some amenities were just getting underway when I was there in early July. We all enjoyed it. Nice rooms with fridge and great decor. Definitely recommend this hotel.
