City Center West -- distance to Manyunk and penn

If I stay at a hotel in City Center West, will I be close -- i.e. 30 minute walk/5 minute cab ride to either the Penn campus or to the area called manyunk? I%26#39;m looking for an inexpensive hotel that is still comfortable, and have one listed with this geographic description at $109 per night

City Center West -- distance to Manyunk and penn

A hotel in Center City West (am I to assume you are using Hotwire?) could be either on the west side of the city (like the Sheraton City Center), which is an easy walk or a quick cabe ride to Penn or the hotel could actually be in University City (like the Sheraton University City), which is literally right on Penn%26#39;s campus.

Insofar as proximity to Manayunk, it is about a 10-15 minute cab ride outside of Center City.
