philly cheesesteak
An easy place to stop for a cheesesteak woud be Campo%26#39;s on Market %26amp; 2nd . It is Stop 20.
philly cheesesteak
I second Heather%26#39;s recommendation of Campo%26#39;s. You%26#39;ll get an excellent sandwich there. My favorite - pizza steak with provolone.
Lynn
I will ';third'; the recommendation of Campo%26#39;s... although to be fair, you may also pass by Jim%26#39;s Steaks on the corner 4th and South (aka your stop 17). If I recall correctly, Suzanne (mccarthys5) enjoys this place for culinary as well as sentimental reasons. Be prepared to stand in line that can often extend out the door and around the corner.
Tony
Just had a Campo%26#39;s cheesesteak last Saturday. It was okay, but I must say, my husband and I still prefer Jim%26#39;s!
I still have not been to Campo%26#39;s, but, as Tony stated, I do love Jim%26#39;s!
Suzanne
You can start wars in Philly with this topic. I prefer Jim%26#39;s over Campos, but not by much. Personally, I%26#39;d say go with whichever one is closer when you are hungry :)
Jim%26#39;s, hands down the best in town!
