Any info on Motel 6 on Arsenal Rd. would be appreciated. Ad says Arsenal Rd. but apperars to be a residential area. Is this a place to avoid? Planning on staying one night. Price is right but that generally comes for a reason.

Motel 6 on Arsenal Rd.
The motel is located off of Route 30 near Harley Davidson. It was a Red Roof Inn until April 2005, when another hotel down the was rebuilt and reopened as a Red Roof Inn. There are several hotels in the area, such as a Four Points by Sheraton, a Holiday Inn, Red Roof Inn, a Days Inn (a former Howard Johnson that has seen its better days!), and a brand new Wingate by Wyndham hotel (I assume that it is now open) located behind the Red Roof Inn. The Bob Evans near the motel has closed but the Round the Clock Diner at the Days Inn is worth trying. It is a popular place to eat and the menu has a variety of items that are reasonably priced. I forgot to mention that there is a Super 8 across the street from the Red Roof Inn. The hotels/motels that I would not recommend are the Quality Inn and the Economy Inn.
