We will be in Philly the weekend of Dec 22. Any feedback on Sabina%26#39;s cafe for breakfast and L%26#39;Angolo for dinner. While we will be a party of 7, we enjoy quaint places to eat with high quality of food that are local favorites. Thanks for your feedback

Do you mean Sabrina%26#39;s in the Italian Market?
Regarding L%26#39;Angolo - great food, very Tuscan decor. The owners opened a second restaurant called Salento in Center City at 23rd and Walnut. Also great food. Note, not much to absorb the sound in either so they get a bit noisy. That wouldn%26#39;t stop us from going back.

Sabrina%26#39;s is great. I have not been to L%26#39;Angolo as yet, but it gets rave reviews. I believe you%26#39;ve chosen two winners, though. Enjoy!

Sabrina%26#39;s is wonderful. They don%26#39;t take reservations, so definitely try to get there early. Although, I would probably call ahead since you do have a large party.
Another great place in that area for breakfast is Morning Glory Diner.
Lynn ~ have you been to Salento yet? Fellini Cafe was a staple for us, since it is one of the closest places to our home ( however, it was not suprising that they left since it was never crowded).
Yes, we had dinner at Salento a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. We%26#39;re not Fellini fans. There%26#39;s one near us but we never go.

FYI, Craig LaBan reviewed Salento in this Sunday%26#39;s Inquirer and gave it two bells - ';very good'; - he seemed to like it. Here%26#39;s the link to the review:
