Steelers Style event at the Hilton

First, thanks to everyone for the super helpful replies to my previous questions. It has been a great help in planning this trip.

There%26#39;s a Steelers Style event at the Hilton on Fri Oct 5th that is sold out, but looking at the pictures from last year%26#39;s event, it looks like they do a red carpet entrance that fans can attend outside the hotel. Does anyone have any inside tips or knowledge on when this may occur in advance of the event?
